I grew up in a rural farming area of Australia. I was drawn to the ad industry by my love of creativity and the realization that I was a terrible farmer.  After studying design and art direction, I started my ad career at Clemenger BBDO Melbourne. From there, I moved to Leo Burnett Melbourne to work on Heinz, General Motors and Nintendo, before accepting a role at the Leo Burnett mothership in Chicago as a Creative Director. After 3 years there, I got the opportunity to move to LA but continued to work with Leo Burnett Chicago, commuting between the two cities on a weekly basis. When the opportunity arose, I became the Chief Creative Officer at Campbell Ewald three years ago, before joining Amazon in early 2020.
Outside of work I can be found on the beach with my kids, up a mountain with my dogs or running while my knees still allow me to.
